Welcome to Maison Nwar. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and conditions for using our website and purchasing from our store.

By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. About Maison Nwar

Maison Nwar is a UK-based jewelry house offering sculptural, handcrafted pieces made from S925 Sterling Silver, Gold Vermei.
Every piece is created in small batches with intention and craftsmanship.

2. Orders

Most Maison Nwar pieces are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. Because of this, orders fall into two categories:

A. Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Pieces

For items that are handcrafted after purchase:

Production Time: Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.
Quality Control: Usually 1 additional week for inspection and finishing.
Inbound Studio Shipping: In some cases, pieces may require extra transit time from our artisans to our UK studio.

Estimated Fulfillment Window:
5–8 weeks from the date of purchase.

Timeframes are estimates only and can vary due to production volume, material availability, courier delays, or international customs. Maison Nwar will notify you if extended delays occur.

B. In-Stock Pieces

For items available in our studio:

UK Delivery: Approx. 3–5 business days
International Delivery: Approx. 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs
All orders include tracking details once dispatched.

General Notes

Fulfillment timelines are not guaranteed, as they depend on external suppliers, artisan schedules, and global shipping conditions.
Orders containing a mix of made-to-order and in-stock items will ship together unless otherwise arranged.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information once your order leaves our studio.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the Site are in GBP unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s accredited payment gateways.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Maison Nwar is not responsible for:

delays caused by couriers
customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country
lost packages where incorrect address information was provided

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because all pieces are made-to-order, Maison Nwar does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or sizing errors.

We will only replace or repair items that are:

damaged on arrival
incorrect
faulty due to craftsmanship

Customers must contact hello@maisonnwar.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and the order number.

Final sale items (discounted, promotional, personalized, engraved) cannot be returned under any circumstances.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including images, product designs, text, branding, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Maison Nwar and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

use the Site for unlawful purposes
attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
misuse the Site in any way that disrupts operations

9. Liability

Maison Nwar is not liable for:

losses caused by delayed shipping
misuse or improper care of jewelry
damage caused after delivery (scratches, wear, tarnish due to chemicals, etc.)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

10. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify the Site, these Terms, or any policy at any time.
Updated terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
