Maison Nwar pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities and produced on a made-to-order basis. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or general preference.

However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@maisonnwar.com.

Include:

• your order number

• clear photos/video of the issue

• a brief description

Once verified, we will offer one of the following based on the situation:

• Repair

• Replacement

• Partial or full refund (only if repair/replacement is not possible)

Exceptions (case-by-case)

To provide a better customer experience, certain situations may be eligible for review:

• sizing issues for items that have never been worn and are still in original condition

• production mistakes visible on arrival

• orders cancelled before production has started

These exceptions are not guaranteed and are granted at Maison Nwar’s discretion.

Any discounted, promotional, personalized, or engraved items are final sale with no exceptions.
