Cancellation policy

At Maison Nwar, each piece is handcrafted to order. Because of this made-to-order process, we work on a strict production schedule to ensure quality and craftsmanship.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your piece enters production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

This policy applies to all made-to-order and pre-order items.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders for items that are in stock may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Incorrect Orders

If you made an error (address, size, or product selection), please contact us immediately at hello@maisonnwar.com.
We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once production has started.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where a cancellation is approved after the 24-hour window, Maison Nwar may deduct:
– Material costs,
– Artisan production fees, or
– Administrative fees
before issuing any partial refund.

This ensures fairness to both the customer and our small studio.
