At Maison Nwar, each piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and time. Many of our items are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities. Because of this, shipping timelines can vary depending on whether your item is in stock or produced after purchase.


1. Production & Fulfilment Timeline

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Pieces

For handcrafted pieces created especially for you:

  • Production Time: Typically 4–6 weeks

  • Quality Control: Usually 1 additional week

  • Inbound Studio Shipping: Additional time may be required for pieces arriving from our artisans to our UK studio

Estimated Total Fulfilment Window:
5–8 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please note that this is an estimate. Actual timelines may vary due to production volume, material availability, supplier schedules, courier delays, or customs processing. You will be notified if extended delays occur.


In-Stock Pieces

For items available in our studio:

  • UK Delivery: Approx. 3–5 business days

  • International Delivery: Approx. 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs

  • Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order ships.


2. Shipping Options & Fees

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.
We ship worldwide with trusted carriers.


3. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in your country.
These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of Maison Nwar’s control.


4. Order Updates & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
If your order includes a mix of made-to-order and in-stock pieces, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise arranged.


5. Delivery Delays

Maison Nwar is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • couriers,

  • customs,

  • weather conditions,

  • supply chain disruptions,

  • or unforeseen production constraints.

We will always communicate transparently and keep you updated if additional time is needed.
